6. Cliff Drive: Ask any Spokanite for their top three local make out spots and I bet my left pinkie finger that Cliff Drive would be one of the first out of their mouths. Why so popular? Simply put, it's got THE BEST overlook view of downtown Spokane. Period! And we all know that great views make for great kisses. My Recommendation - ditch the overused and overrated car parking. Grab a blanket and head to the edge of the basalt cliffs where you can sit, kiss and enjoy the sun setting over Spokane.
