9.  Coeur d'Alene Park - Browne's Addition:  If you're looking for a historical kiss, the gazebo in Browne's Addition's Coeur d'Alene Park should top your list.  Located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the state, Coeur d'Alene Park is also one of Spokane's oldest parks.  Climb the stairs of the gazebo in the footsteps of some of Spokane's founding fathers.  My recommendation - lay one on your partner after the sun has set and the twinkling lights of the park have come on.  Then follow it up with a ride on the swings.  What?  Don't act like you're too old for swings!
