Spokane’s vibrant arts culture thrives via live music venues throughout the region.
At Zola, visitors can enjoy food and drinks along with live shows almost every night of the week. The creative décor (and some of the artwork) comes courtesy of local designer Dan Spalding, who outfitted the bar with salvaged materials such as bicycle rims and tilt-a-whirl buckets.
The Bartlett is an all-ages music venue with a wine and beer bar open nightly. The project is the brainchild of local musicians Caleb and Karli Ingersoll and is a testament to Spokane’s commitment to the arts. Much of the funding came via the crowd-funding website Indiegogo.com. With the help of the community, their dream came to fruition and the venue now hosts national touring groups in addition to local artists.
