Dry Fly Distilling, Washington State's first distillery since Prohibition, embodies craft, dedication and the Inland Northwest. As their name suggests, the men behind the spirits are two trout enthusiasts, Kent Fleischmenn and Don Poffenroth. Inspired by a day of fly-fishing they set out to make fine liquors sourced entirely from local grains and botanicals. Today their award–winning vodka, gin, whiskey and wheat based bourbon is distributed throughout the country.
