Officially incorporated in 2003, the City of Spokane Valley features a rare combination of quality neighborhoods and schools, strong businesses and retail centers, exceptional outdoor beauty and top notch facilities. With a population estimate of 90,110 in 2011, Spokane Valley is the 10th largest city in Washington State. Even more impressive, Spokane Valley was the largest incorporation in the state and the second largest single incorporation in US history at the time!
