The Spokane Region is ripe with delicious stories around every corner. Looking to write about great Washington wines? Some of the state's best are produced right here. Wondering where you'll find a "Preserve America" city where old structures take on interesting new lives? C'mon down! Fifty percent of Spokane's downtown is designated as historic.  

Once thought of as a sleepy Eastern Washington berg, Spokane is one of the most wired cities in America! Spokane's Wireless HotZone provides the downtown area with free access to wireless internet anywhere outside (and with 260 days of sun in Spokane, who wouldn't want to be outdoors?)
