You'll also find resources for commonly requested services such as entertainers, decorators and tour operators.

If you are looking for ideas or assistance developing a spouse program, children's program, sightseeing tour, excursion opportunity, or some other special need, we're here to help. Even if you are looking for something that is outside the scope of our many member companies, we will gladly research new resources to meet your needs. 

Central Housing Services (PDF)
Conventions that require two or more hotels and a room block of 450 or more sleeping rooms on their peak night may take advantage of the CVB's central housing service. With central housing we can coordinate your hotel room blocks, reservation forms, hotel locator maps and computerized housing lists. In short, we do everything necessary to make it easy for your participants to find exactly what they are looking for - and for you to track responses. Registration Services
The CVB maintains a list of experienced registration clerks who are available to assist with on-site conference registration. They can generate nametags, distribute packets and perform other tasks that will help your event run smoothly.
