The City of Spokane Valley Parks and Recreation Department provides comprehensive services in the areas of parks, recreation, aquatics, and facilities. The City Council meets every Monday evening at 6:00 p.m. The meetings are held in the Council Chambers located in the lower level of City Hall, at Spokane Falls Boulevard and Post Street.
