An alcohol-free, family friendly, New Year's Eve arts festival held throughout downtown Spokane. Now in its third year, in 2002 close to 23,000 attended as hundreds of visual and performing artists displayed their talents. An afternoon Children's Festival followed by the Grand Procession leads to the opening of over forty downtown venues filled with live entertainment and art. The evening festivities conclude at Midnight with a spectacular fireworks display in Riverfront Park.
