Record Number of Restaurants Unveil Menus Wednesday
Inlander Restaurant Week Returns

Showing extraordinary growth and concrete proof of popularity, Inlander Restaurant Week returns in February to the Inland Northwest.

Restaurants from Spokane to Coeur d'Alene...Spokane Valley to Airway Heights make up the record number of 97 participants for 2015.

The special Restaurant Week menus will be unveiled Wednesday, Jan. 28, at the Inlander Restaurant Week Kickoff Party. Media are welcome to attend the 4-7pm event at The Lincoln Center, 1316 N. Lincoln St., Spokane, WA 99201. The menus will be available online for public viewing on Thursday, Jan. 29.

Inlander Restaurant Week, Feb. 20 - Mar. 1, features set-price, three-course menu offerings. Participating restaurants offer their special menus at either an $18 or $28 price level. Diners are welcome to choose the special Restaurant Week menu offerings or anything from a restaurant's regular menu.

In addition to the 97 participating restaurants, at least 12 Drink Local participants will be taking part in Restaurant Week. Drink Local focuses on featuring Spokane-region wines, craft beers, spirits and hard ciders with many of the restaurant menus.

Restaurant Week first debuted in the Inland Northwest in 2013. After the inaugural 53 participants, 74 restaurants participated in 2014. This year's 97 participants is an 83% increase from 2013.

"The increasing number of restaurants is great because that means an increased number of diners will get to take part in Restaurant Week," said TJ Hake, Visit Spokane Senior Director of Business Development. "We've got fantastic restaurants in a great, food-loving community." Hake said diners should be sure to make reservations as soon as possible because of the increasing popularity of the event.
