After a decade at Visit Spokane, Vice President of Business Development, Polly Phelan has taken a position with Visit Phoenix. "This is a huge loss for Visit Spokane, but such a wonderful opportunity for Polly," says Visit Spokane President and CEO Cheryl Kilday.
