Park Lodge is famous for guest-focused dinners and service. Award-winning chef-driven dinners and the unique apple wood-fired grill, along with the use of fresh, local, seasonal ingredients result in amazing dinners. Add the comfortable, inviting setting and well-trained, friendly staff and guests to see why Park Lodge has earned its reputation for a great, enjoyable, total dining experience.
Chef Philip Stanton has always emphasized locally inspired comfort food at Park Lodge restaurant. The elegantly plated fine dining has paid off as Park Lodge won the Outstanding Restaurant award in the Fine Dining category chosen by the Culinary Arts Guild last year. But Chef Stanton says it is really the focus on giving guests the total dining experience that they expect that makes them want to come back again and again.
“Everything, from the selection of local, fresh ingredients to our professional kitchen and service staff, to our overall attitude, is driven by providing the really enjoyable total dining experience guests expect,” Stanton explained. “We have honed our skills over the past two years and are very guest-focused.”
Upon entering the inviting, almost lodge-like restaurant, a person quickly feels the warm, family/team approach at Park Lodge.
“Yes, we are a team,” Chef said. “Our employees are long-term and many guests look forward to seeing their smiling, faces... even through covid-required masks,” he joked.
The focus of the restaurant’s refined menu is always the use of local, fresh ingredients to provide Park Lodge’s comfort food with its Mediterranean, Italian and Asian influences. A few of the items diners are treated with include lamb ragout, king salmon, duck breast, filet mignon, and roast chicken --- with offerings changed frequently.
