    Through these weekly exercise sessions participants will learn to experience the benefits of Pilates’ movement exercises. Led by Polestar-Certified Pilates instructor Larkin Barnett, this well-rounded fitness regimen establishes a strong Pilates and supple yoga body. Pilates builds core strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek-toned body with slender thighs, sculpted hips, and a flat abdomen; while Yoga improves balance and flexibility. Please bring an exercise mat and water to the workouts.
