Spokane starts here! In 1974, Spokane’s riverfront area transformed from a railway yard to an urban park, which today stands as a testament to the energy and spirit of our city by the falls. Now the park has transformed all over again, bringing new adventures, activities, and attractions to the roaring heart of the city. Here is something for everyone, in every season—a fully revitalized space for playing, learning, growing, exploring, celebrating, and dreaming big.
Numerica Skate Ribbon : The warm weather has arrived and it's time to hang up those ice skates and put on some wheels! Riverfront is now offering roller skating and scootering on the Numerica Skate Ribbon! Admission to the ribbon is free during roller skating season. Roller skates and scooters are available to rent – visitors wishing to bring their own roller skates, non-motorized scooters, or skateboards are welcome.
Numerica SkyRide: The SkyRide offers the best, convenient, easily accessible, upfront views of the Spokane Falls that run through downtown Spokane. You will travel past art deco City Hall, then gradually drop down 200 feet over the Huntington Park Natural Area. From there, you will continue across the Spokane River in front of one set of falls, under the historic Monroe Street bridge and return to Riverfront Park. While the best views are March through June when water is raging, there is always something new to see. Bring your camera and capture some memorable photos. The cabin windows open for clear shots. Sometimes, you can even catch a rainbow.
Looff Carrousel: One of the most visited attractions in Spokane welcomes all ages to feel like a kid again and take a ride on our famous and historic Looff Carrousel. This fun and favorite attraction creates and brings back memories.
Pedal Karts: You can now spend hours discovering the newly revitalized Riverfront Park. Riverfront’s Pedal Karts have adjustable seats and large frames suitable for children (ages 5+) and adults.
Spider Jump: Bungee Jumping has traditionally been an attraction that has been admired rather than executed. Trampolines, on the other hand, have always required a lot of training for proper use… But now, these activities are combined, producing a new, safe, and exhilarating interactive sport called SPIDER JUMP!
