About Alison Krauss & Union Station
Alison Krauss, along with her band, Union Station, introduced bluegrass and folk to a new audience in the '90s. Krauss became a mainstream star with her 1995 Platinum-selling compilation, Now That I've Found You. Since then, she's released 14 studio albums, appeared on numerous soundtracks, and won 27 Grammy Awards from 42 nominations, ranking her fourth for most artist wins and first among country artists.
Much of Krauss's success has been alongside her band, comprised of Krauss (lead vocals, piano, fiddle), Dan Tyminski (vocals, guitar, mandolin), Ron Bloc (guitar, banjo), Barry Bales (bass), Jerry Douglas (dobro), and Larry Atamanuik (drums, percussion).

The three-time CMA Musician of the Year has been a member of Alison Krauss & Union Station since 1998 and also performs as a solo artist, band leader for The Jerry Douglas Band and his Grammy-winning bluegrass band, The Earls of Leicester, as well as a member of other groundbreaking ensembles.
