Chinese Lunar New Year at the Fox

The Spokane Chinese Association will return to the Fox Theater in 2025 for its annual celebration of the Lunar New Year, with performances showcasing traditional Chinese music, dance, art and martial arts.

Along with performances from Spokane’s Korean, Japanese and Hmong communities, the Feb. 8 show will feature the ceremonial dragon dance, martial arts and tai chi demonstrations, and traditional Chinese music from renowned pianist Archie Chen. Enjoy a free cultural fair earlier in the day and enter a raffle to win $1,000.
