A Green Bluff applewood fire adds a unique flavor to the salmon as it cooks on the 50-foot grill. We generously coated with our very own secret sauce as the racks move slowly down the line—sixty-six years of BBQ experience.

Dinner includes potato salad, green salad, baked beans, dinner roll & ice cream cup. Coffee, iced tea & milk are provided.
