Visit Spokane Community Benefit Membership Program
In September of 2020, Visit Spokane announced an exciting redesign of its membership model. The Community Benefit Membership program simplifies the dues structure for Hotels, Service Referral, and Strategic Regional members. The change invites approved Food & Drink establishments, Attractions, and Retail to have a free listing on VisitSpokane.com.
This change benefits our Hotels and Service providers by allowing Visit Spokane to better fulfill our role as a regional marketing organization. With more Things To Do to showcase across all municipalities, our marketing campaigns will drive more attention to all of the Spokane region.
Additionally, Visit Spokane now offers exciting new ways to partner with us. Notably, we have expanded affordable advertising opportunities that will allow businesses to take advantage of our investments in SEO and media buys, and we will offer in-depth analytics on consumer behavior before arrival in the Spokane region and during visits.
As we navigate the hospitality industry's recovery from the pandemic, this change is more important than ever. We are committed to our role in the Spokane region's economic prosperity through Tourism and Hospitality. It is not a matter of if we will return to the record-breaking pace of 2019, just a matter of time and determination until we break those records as well.
