Cole’s makes everything in-house from scratch using non-GMO, organic ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible. We are Spokane’s first and only 100% dedicated gluten-free restaurant. We use Amish meats and cheeses free of preservatives, additives and nitrates. Many people enjoy Cole’s food whether or not they need to eat a gluten-free diet. Come in and taste for yourself – we always have a variety of samples to try!
