The John J. Hemmingson Center showcases a 9,200 square foot Grand Ballroom in addition to 12,998 square feet of meeting and event spaces, two floors of resident dining and four food outlets including Starbucks, Einstein Bros. Bagels, The Bulldog and The Marketplace.

DescriptionThe intentional design of the John J. Hemmingson Center brings to life Gonzaga University's rich history, educational experiences and serves as a gathering place for the university and greater Spokane community.
With over 167,000 sq. ft. of contemporary space, the Center creates the ideal setting for meetings, conferences and special events. The third floor is dedicated event space with meeting and breakout rooms as well as the 9,200 sq ft Grand Ballroom complete with beautiful views of campus and the McCarthey Athletic Center.
A 189 seat multipurpose auditorium is located on the lower level and is ideal for lectures, movies, and performances.
Dining options in the center include Einstein Bros. Bagels, Starbucks, The Marketplace, The Bulldog and the COG. Full service on-site catering is available through Flavours by Sodexo (509.313. 6902 or www.zagdining.com).
The Hemmingson Center has been awarded Gold LEED Certification based on sustainable design, building materials and energy efficiency features.
