Marmot Art Space

area: Regional
  • overview
Marmot Art Space will/did have its Grand Opening March 6, 2015, 5-8 p.m. during a First Friday event. We have 400 square foot of dedicated, white wall gallery space for visual artists. Each month a new artist will show. We plan to have both established and emerging artists, with preference given to artists living and working in the Inland Northwest. Marshall Peterson is in charge. He enjoyed participating and planning PorchFest in West Central/Kendall Yards so much that he chose to create a permanent business space in the neighborhood. This town is full of talented artists and they need a beautiful place to exhibit. Marmot will serve as an arts hub and help to complete Kendall Yards’ commitment to building a healthy community. 1206 W.
