3.  Steam Plant Smokestack:  Here's a weird one for you.  Mostly because one normally doesn't associate romance with smokestack.  Or, maybe because you would be kissing inside one of Spokane's most recognizable phallic landmarks. But don't knock it until you've tried it.  It's sexy in an industrial sort of way!  To me there's something cool about standing inside of a 225-foot tall smokestack, barely being able to see the sky and knowing that you are standing in a place that helped provide steam heat to downtown Spokane for more than 70 years.  My recommendation - sneak into the smokestack for a secretive kiss around sundown.  The fading light leaves some fun shadows on the bricks creating an oddly romantic setting.
