The biggest outdoor 3-on-3 basketball tournament in the world draws 25,000 players from the United States, Canada, France, China and Japan. The two-day tournament has grown in participation by almost 1,300 percent since its inception in 1991, attracting 250,000 fans, players and volunteers who will bring in $46 million to the city.
