Historical Haunted Spokane tours and events are offered year-round at both regularly scheduled times and by appointment for office, convention, and party groups. Holidays such as Mardi Gras, the Chinese Hungry Ghost Festival and Halloween are very active times of the year for Two Dog entertainments, tours, activities and presentations of all kinds. Costumed master story teller and Spokane historian Chet Caskey is author of a variety of books on the ghost lore, serial killers, and dark romantic figures of the city, and is the entertaining regular personality of all activities. A frequently scheduled popular presenter is also Dr. Candess Campbell, Spokane's most noteworthy psychic medium and author.
