Our menu has some serious Southern roots since our Chef Molly Patrick hails from Macon, Georgia. Regional ingredients are used in everything from Malted Waffle Hush Puppies to smoked chicken to black eyed peas. Our wood-fired smoker and grill is utilized in most menu items, like our house-made bacon, Smoked Salmon Salad and Smoked Brisket Sandwich, and our burgers, salmon and steaks are all cooked over an open fire of mesquite and apple wood. Mondays, we feature spare ribs cooked in our smoker.
Everything, including our bread, is made from scratch featuring wholesome foods from local farms and all-natural meats, and our menu is seasonal to showcase the freshest ingredients. We accept a limited number of reservations per day. We look forward to serving you in the historic Broadview Dairy Building!
