Discover Kendall Yards, Spokane's Newest Neighborhood
Kendall Yards started as a blank canvas on the north bank of the Spokane River.
Armed with a vision and a solid design plan, developers zeroed in on the old rail yard and turned it into the funky, fun neighborhood it is today. It’s not finished yet!
What’s not to love about Spokane’s newest neighborhood? Killer views, hip restaurants, multiple wineries, and a whole art collective. And through it all, a river runs through it and some of the best city views available are yours to drink in as you toast the inventiveness of the creative builders, restaurateurs, business owners, and artists.
