Where to Find Santa in Spokane
Santa’s vaxxed and ready to hop into his sleigh to deliver gifts to good kids across the globe this year, so make sure to get your letters posted in time, or head to catch him in person if you can.
One place you’ll find the jolly gift-giver is under the 50-foot Christmas tree at RIVER PARK SQUARE in downtown Spokane. He’ll make his first appearance to the local public during the Spokane Holiday Parade on Nov. 20, followed by a brief visit under the tree from 5-5:30 pm. If you can’t make it out that night, don’t worry — Santa is staying busy in Spokane between check-ins with his elves, offering local kids a chance to sit in his lap to share requests and take memorable photos. He’ll be available daily for visits through Dec. 24.
You can register for Santa photos online, an option highly recommended by his staff. Those in the community who are STCU members also get $10 off their holiday photo packages when they use their STCU credit or debit cards to purchase, both on-site and online. Special photo sessions with Santa this year include pet photo night (Nov. 29 and Dec. 6), and sensory-friendly photos (Dec. 5 by appointment). Find details and reservations at riverparksquare.com.
In addition to regular stops at River Park Square, Santa’s also visiting with kids at SPOKANE VALLEY MALL and NORTHTOWN MALL. Details for both locations can be found online at spokanevalleymall.com and northtownmall.com.
