Kapè Cha is a Filipino-Chinese owned café located inside The Union in downtown Spokane, serving handcrafted matcha, specialty coffee, milk teas, and Asian-inspired drinks and desserts. After spending a year building a following through pop-ups across the city, founder Rizelle opened Kapè Cha with the goal of creating a welcoming space where people can slow down, connect, and experience flavors inspired by cultures across Asia.

Inspired by travels throughout Asia and an appreciation for thoughtfully sourced ingredients, Kapè Cha offers a menu that blends tradition with creativity. Signature drinks include hand-whisked matcha, Vietnamese coffee made with beans imported from Vietnam, and seasonal specialties featuring ingredients such as ube, pandan, yuzu, and black sesame.
