Kenneth “Kenny” Parks is a proud Spokane native and lifelong resident with deep roots in the community. A graduate of University High School in Spokane Valley, Kenny began his professional journey pursuing film and acting locally. He trained as an actor and earned roles in both film and television. His passion for storytelling and people naturally led him into casting, where he spent three seasons assisting with the Syfy series Z Nation, filmed right here in Spokane.

Later, Kenny shifted his focus to healthcare, where he worked hands-on with patients and deepened his commitment to serving others. This experience, combined with his creative background and love of connecting with people, inspired him to follow his dream of a career in real estate. After years of dedication and preparation, he proudly joined CENTURY 21 Beutler & Associates, bringing with him a strong work ethic and an unwavering focus on client success.

Kenny is known for his integrity, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. His unique background—blending the fast-paced world of film with the compassion of healthcare—gives him a distinct edge when it comes to understanding people’s needs and navigating important life decisions.

Outside of real estate, Kenny enjoys staying active through CrossFit, hiking, and camping at Lake Sullivan. He loves traveling, especially to the Washington Coast and U.S. National Parks—Bryce Canyon being a favorite. At home and on the trails, he’s joined by his two golden retriever pups, who are always up for the next adventure.
