The Saltese Flats is a flat located in Spokane County, just outside Liberty Lake and Greenacres Washington. The drained Saltese Lake, has been restored to wetlands in efforts by Spokane County Environmental Services and is a community resource for public access, education, and supports a growing diverse wildlife habitat.

The trails are all open for public access along with two parking lots: one on the west side and one on the northeast side. The new Doris Morrison Learning Center has seasonal hours for field trips and education on the natural habitat and restoration of the Saltese Flats. Permitted uses include wildlife observation, nature trails, hiking, equestrian trails, picnicking, bird-watching, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Dogs are allowed but must be on leash at all times.
