    PARKING & SHUTTLE:

    Memorial Field is located in a residential neighborhood with limited parking. There is a free S.P.O.T shuttle bus to the venue from the Sandpoint High School at 410 S Division. Park, shuttle &fuhgeddaboudit!


    FANS, LINES & GATES:

    We have some die-hard fans that will get to the concert super early. If that is you, please refrain from coming before6amthe day of your show. If that isn’t you, please expect to put in some time waiting in the line. On Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays the gates open at6pm. On Family Concert Sunday gates open at2:30pmfor activities & for Grand Finale Sunday they open at4:30pmfor the Taste of the Stars wine tasting. On Thursdays,FridaysandSaturdaysthere is a higher ticket price that gets you through the lake-side gate 15 minutes before General Admission. The box office at Memorial Field opens one hour before gates each day.

    SEATING:

    Seating is General Admission on the lawn & in the grandstands and is available on a first-come, canceled basis. In front of the stage is for blanket and short lawn chairs, behind that, is a section for taller lawn chairs. Bring your own chairs or rent ours for $3. There is also covered grandstand seating, with great sight lines and acoustics. There are reserved first-come, first served sections for sponsors. The field is wheelchair accessible with designated seating in the grandstands - Check in with front gate staff at least 20 minutes prior to gates for an escort. There are dancing areas on both sides of the stage. For our dance concerts, the venue is arranged differently to accommodate more standing/dancing in front of the stage.

    FOOD & DRINK:

    Food and beverages (including alcohol) are welcome at all concerts. Feel free to bring from home, or purchase from our 13 local food vendors and 2 full bars.

    STAND, DANCE, OR SIT:

    The acts we book play upbeat music, and people here love to dance! Choose where to sit depending on what you expect from your fellow concert-goers. If you don’t like people standing up or dancing near you, please consider choosing a spot set back from the stage with good sight lines.

    EXCHANGES & LOST/STOLEN TICKETS:

    We are sorry, but ticket exchanges, replacements, and refunds are not allowed. If you forgot tickets you printed at home, you may reprint, scan on a smartphone or ask for a physical ticket at the box office.


    CHILDREN'S TICKET POLICY:

    Children 2 years and under are free for all concerts. All children 3 years and over need a ticket for admittance to all concerts. There is a discounted child's ticket for the Grand Finale.

    WEATHER POLICY:

    The Festival is a rain or shine event. There will be no refunds on tickets unless the show is cancelled. We care about your safety. You can find our full weather policy on our website.


    SECURITY: 

    Please note, per performers contracts, there will be security checkpoints at all entrances. We aim to get you through quickly, so the less you bring, the faster we can get you in to enjoy your show.
