Functional Art is the theme of September's Show. This exhibit honors the rediscovery and appreciation of how art, in its aesthetic & visually pleasing form, can be both creative and useful; it can impart beauty and practicality, merging artistry with the functions of our daily routines.

Functional art has been created throughout history, from basketry, pottery & metalwork with symbolic imagery, glassware, fiber art reflected in quilting and clothing, furniture and cabinetry, and so much more.
