Discover the art of sushi in this hands-on beginner class with instructor Reeva. Learn essential techniques like slicing fish, preparing seasoned sushi rice, and shaping nigiri. You’ll also roll two classic maki rolls while working with nori, bamboo mats, and balanced fillings. By the end, you’ll create a beautiful platter including nigiri, a spicy tuna roll, and a rainbow roll. Reeva, a sushi chef and food photographer, will also share simple plating tips to make your sushi look as good as it tastes.
