Let's discuss the study of grape cultivation! The history of grape growing to modern day methods is a fascinating journey of people, cultures, history, and innovation. We will take a tour of our 3 acre vineyard here in the Spokane Valley to look at our vines and discuss methods of grapevine management.

During the class, we will be tasting wines whose grapes have been sourced from different vineyard sites here in the state of Washington.
