Young Chef's - Pasta Dinner for the Family with Jamie Aquino

Class Style: Hands-On (Ages 10–16)

Parents—wish your kids would make dinner? In this full participation class, young chefs will mix and roll fresh pasta dough, shape noodles, and make both Marinara and Alfredo sauces. They’ll also assemble a spinach–strawberry salad, prepare garlic breadsticks, sample the dishes, and take home instructions to cook the full meal for the family. Students should be semi-comfortable with knives and heat; safety basics and guidance are provided.

Take Home: Dinner for four—fresh pasta, Marinara, Alfredo, salad with balsamic dressing, and breadsticks. Vegetarian and plant-based friendly.
