Young Chefs Sweet and Savory Pastry with Jamie Aquino

For ages 8-12. Have a young chef at home? Enroll them in this hands-on Puff Pastry class that will inspire them to cook for the whole family! Kids will learn to roll, fold, and shape puff pastry while creating two savory pastries with fillings like herbed cream cheese, roasted potatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, or olives. They’ll also craft a sweet pastry with options such as whipped cream, chocolate, fruit, and nuts. Instructor Jamie will teach both technique and beautiful presentation.
Note: Children should be comfortable using a small knife and cooking with heat.
Menu: Two custom savory pastries + one sweet pastry.
