Growing up in Spokane, Samara dreamed of moving to a big city. Over time, she developed a renewed appreciation for her hometown and is grateful she chose to stay in Spokane. In 2014, Samara and her husband purchased their first home in Spokane Valley with their two dogs, and they continue to love the area. She values the unique blend of breathtaking Northwest scenery and the strong sense of community the region offers.

Since becoming homeowners, Samara and her husband have embraced home projects in their own version of Chip and Joanna Gaines. Her husband’s expertise as a contractor has been a valuable asset, helping Samara—and her clients—better understand potential obstacles that could arise during a real estate transaction.

Samara began her career outside of real estate, spending eight years in customer service, including time in the banking industry. In that role, she worked closely with clients facing losses due to debit or credit card fraud. This experience strengthened her skills in clear communication, professionalism, and compassion. While purchasing a home is often a more positive experience, it can still be emotional, and Samara takes pride in guiding her clients thoughtfully through each step of the process. Many of her former clients have since become close friends.

Whether a client is purchasing their first home or their third, Samara understands that each situation is unique. She works closely with her clients to develop a personalized plan, ensuring they can make informed decisions that align with their goals. Her objective is to make the process as smooth as possible—while also making it an enjoyable experience.
