The Emerson-Garfield Farmers’ Market is a seasonal weekly marketplace that takes place Fridays 3:00-7:00 PM June-Sept in Emerson Park. Products include organic, locally grown fruits and vegetables, breads and pastries (including gluten-free), farm-fresh eggs, artisan soaps, raw and flavored honey, flowers and plant starts, crafts, pickles and preserves, pasture-raised meats, plus lots more. The aim of the market is to bring fresh, affordable goods that are locally grown or produced to the residents of Emerson-Garfield as well as all those who pass through our neighborhood. In a new twist on the traditional farmers’ market, the Emerson-Garfield Farmers’ Market also features a variety of both regular and rotating food trucks. This means hungry patrons can grab a bite while browsing the market and it likewise helps cultivate Spokane’s emerging food truck scene.
