Hatch is a cafe in the Saranac Commons owned and operated by Alex and Chelsea. Our passion for specialty coffee has driven us to seek out quality products and equipment to ensure we’re serving dope drinks. We strive to educate ourselves on the latest methods while consistently honing our craft. Coffee aside, our intention is to cultivate meaningful connections within our local community and beyond.
