Ice Age Playground is on the North end bank of the park featuring large slides, a splash pad, and a skate park, making it great for children of all ages. Nearby are well-maintained facilities, basketball courts, clean restrooms, and convenient paid parking options.

Providence Playscape, located at the south west area of Riverfront Park, is the City of Spokane's first all-inclusive playground, the Providence Playscape is designed to be physically and socially inclusive. The playground helps meet child development milestones, and offers activities that support physical, cognitive, social, and sensory needs.
