A servant leader by nature and in practice, Steve is driven to serve and fulfill the needs of others. Licensed since 2016, Steve brings a servant-leader philosophy to every client relationship, backed by decades of high-level sales, marketing, and leadership experience.

Clients’ priorities always come first. Every transaction is approached as if it were a personal investment, with decisions guided by what is best for the client. By aligning with like‑minded professionals, his clients’ best interests remain at the forefront of every transaction.

As someone who relocated to Spokane more than 20 years ago, Steve provides buyers with a depth of local knowledge and the ability to match buyers’ needs to neighborhoods that meet or exceed expectations. Each client is supported through as many home tours as necessary to ensure a full‑service experience that exceeds expectations. For sellers, Steve creates strategic marketing, including the best content using high-res photography, drone, 3D tours, and commercial video to consistently position homes ahead of the competition in online searches.

As a Gonzaga University graduate and a Chicago, Atlanta, and Los Angeles transplant, family is at the center of everything Steve does. He is a proud father of three children, an amazing daughter-in-law, and a granddaughter he adores. His son also served proudly as “Butch” T. Cougar, WSU’s beloved mascot, for two years. Steve is a dog lover and shares his home with Riley, his sweet 14-year-old pup.
