In Jamie’s second globally influenced soup class, your palate will journey to Italy and taste creamy, comforting Cucina Rustica, then on to the Scottish Highlands for potato and leek soup, known as Cock-A-Leekie. You’ll wander to Turkey, where you’ll taste Ezogelin while Jamie shares the story of the beautiful girl it was named after. Experience a rich Curry Laksa from Malaysia, a spicy Chinese Hot and Sour that will wake the senses, and lastly, a creamy and comforting Mexican Classic, Pozole. These soups feature a wide variety of vegetarian broths and bouillons and lots of veggies!
