Hailing from Dripping Springs, TX, lead vocalist Mark Wystrach fronts Midland’s rich sound, which is rounded out by lead guitarist Jess Carson and bassist Cameron Duddy. Since forming in 2014, the trio has grown from a bar band to an in-demand headliner. Their chart-topping debut single, "Drinkin' Problem," earned the band their first Grammy nominations for Best Country Song and Best Country Duo/Group Performance. After its release, the trio went on to release six more charted singles: "Make a Little," "Burn Out," "Mr. Lonely," "Cheatin' Songs," "Sunrise Tells the Story," and "Longneck Way to Go (with Jon Pardi)." Rooted in tradition in both sound and style, Midland has sought to reintroduce the world to post-urban cowboy country, bringing listeners a resurgence of thick harmonies, sad melodies, and cutting lyrics.
