In this fun, hands on class, you will learn the techniques and recipes to make Neapolitan-style pizza at home. Curtis will walk you through making and forming your own homemade dough and sauces as well as making suggestions for pizza toppings both classic and creative. You'll form your own individual crust and use a variety of ingredients to create your own unique “pie.” You'll leave class with all the skills you need to easily make delicious pizza in your own oven at home. You will even leave with your own batch of dough to get you started. This class is suitable for vegetarians.
