Led by Thai-born Instructor Angelina Pitini, this immersive experience will guide you through essential techniques and flavor balancing that define Thai cuisine.
In this class, you’ll prepare three iconic dishes. Start with Yam Woon Sen (glass noodle salad) a bright, zesty dish tossed with fresh herbs, lime, and a perfectly balanced dressing. Then move to the wok to create Pad See Ew, a savory stir-fried wide rice noodle dish with rich, caramelized flavors.
Finally, turn up the heat with Kuay Teow Kua, made of stir-fried wide rice noodles, chicken and veg. Topped with Sriracha it's a staple of Thai street food culture!
Perfect for all skill levels, this class is designed to be fun, interactive, and approachable while building real cooking confidence. You’ll learn how to balance sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors, master noodle preparation, and gain confidence cooking with high heat.
