Sicilian Cooking - Main Dishes

Join Chef Angelina Pitini for a hands-on Sicilian cooking class that explores the bold coastal flavors of her heritage through three classic meat and seafood dishes: Chicken Marsala with a rich wine and mushroom sauce, Breaded Pork Scaloppine finished with a bright lemon-caper pan sauce, and Swordfish alla Siciliana with tomatoes, olives, capers, and white wine.
Throughout the class, students will actively cook while learning essential Sicilian techniques such as pan-searing, light breading, and building vibrant sauces directly in the pan using simple, high-quality ingredients.
