Discover the art of sushi in this beginner-friendly, hands-on class with Instructor Reeva. Combining her passion for sushi and food photography, she’ll guide you through the techniques and presentation skills that make sushi both delicious and visually appealing. Learn fish-slicing basics, common sushi tools, how to prepare perfectly seasoned sushi rice, and how to shape nigiri. Practice working with nori and bamboo mats while mastering balanced fillings and rolling techniques to create maki rolls. Reeva will also share simple plating tips.
